Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Return Centre to initiate your return. Once your request is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid FedEx or UPS returnΒ shipping label directly to your email β€” completely free of charge. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We'd love to get you the perfect fit. Exchanges are available in-store. Simply return your original item and visit us in-store to find your replacement β€” or contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a return with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right without delay.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom orders

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status within 1–2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. No restocking fees β€” ever.
