What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns on all full-priced items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Simply visit our Return Center to get started.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 4–10 business days and Express shipping takes 2–3 business days after a processing time of 1–2 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8.95, and Express shipping is $17.95. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If your tracking isn't working, contact us at info@dresslyn.shop, and we'll help right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Diners Club. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes! Exchanges are available in-store. Return your original item and visit us in-store to find your replacement. Contact us at info@dresslyn.shop for guidance.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Never. Returns are always free with no restocking fees.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
